I was doing good until I went out last night ...oopsss ! Lol



Progress is coming along nicely not as quickly as I would like it to be ....but going in the right direction. Sometimes it can be disheartening as it is slow progress compared to the time left till GG competition (11 weeks)....

o I will go on that stage and I will be proud of whatever progress I have made ...after all this is what it is all about the journey...

Diet is going well so far as long as I prepare everything for the while day in advance : my various meals, vitamins and supplements

...but when I feel tired / exhausted / unwell this is when it goes out of the window ...I look for comfort in food ...instead of resting my body ...and these days, when I had a busy day I have to give my body a minimum of 1 hour if not 2 hou

r rest before feeling normal again and able to continue with my day. Comfort eating is bad habit I am learning to kick and get ride of ...

o I HATE my scale !!! So disheartening!! I usually go by progress pictures, clothes and measurements. I bought a more sofisticated one body fat, muscle, water etc ...it gives a muc

h accurate and better picture ! Bought mine in Argos for only GBP 39.00

o My face and body shape are really changing I am having a waist now starting to show and building a bit of tone in my arms ;)))

o I have bad days too where I go downstairs to the kitchen looking for anything "naughty" to give me comfort on these low days ...but can't find anything because we don't have anything at home thank God !!! Or it might be a disaster LOL last time ended up having Ryvita and almond butter ...not too bad for a naughty trip LOL ..

o Let's be brave ! Let's be strong ! Let's be proud of ourselves , our progress , out journey ...

o Also I am too young for over 40 year old category, but much older than the regular category they are in their twenties when I am in my late thirties ...36 …I know it might sound silly / an excuse but I think it does make a difference too ...

o My training : I train every other day as an average and sometimes twice on these days . Tuesday morning outdoors training with cardio, drills and mobility . In the evening , Thai boxing which includes a body circuit training. Wednesday zumba with Lola and a bit of upper body work in the fun . Thursday outdoors training again . Friday rest :))) Saturday Thai boxing training, Sunday rest :))).Monday cardio 45 min and full body workout .

o …On my way to see a friend to discuss bikinis and evening dress :))) the fun bit begins too !

o Let’s be disciplined (as my respiratology consultant keeps saying to me re. my weight !!!!) Let's be brave ! Let's be strong ! Let's be proud of ourselves , our progress , our journey ...
